Life much easier

This thing was super easy to put into the current unit. It senses when the litter level is low and automatically refills the litter. Much easier life with not having to fill litter all the time

Good investment

Overall, I love the LitterHopper for ease of cleaning and keeping the litter box full. However, the process of installing it was not as smooth as I would have expected. The instructions were good, but the new lid didn't fit as exactly as the old one did.

Cons of the Hopper

I received the litter hopper about 6 months ago and I am dis appointed with it to maintain a proper level of litter. There needs to be some kind of adjustment to keep a proper litter level. I don't know if this would be a software update or a physical adjustment. I love my Litter Robot 4 but I have to manually ad litter in order to keep the litter at the right level.

LittleHopper works very good. I think a customer should be given some kind of break or merchandise credit for the hood that we will never use, sence the Hopper came with it's own hood ment to work with the Hopper.

Overall a Great Purchase

This litter hopper has been wonderful. I love that I can fill it and forget it until it lets me know it's low. The only problem I had was assembly. It took me way too many tries to get the dome to line up and click in correctly. I followed the instructions, and it very well may have been operator error, but I got frustrated enough that it warrants a lost star. The Litter Hopper is still very much worth purchasing, and I highly recommend it!
