Still not working

I have gone through all the steps and nothing seems to work. My litter box works fine but after a week and a couple of days the litter hopper has not worked once even after registering as ready the entire time and re -leveling the litter level

Installing this on the Litter Robot 4 wasn't difficult. The hardest part was getting the hood lined up properly. You need it adjusted just right on the hinge to latch flush on sides. This has been great at keeping the litter from becoming too low which helps keep the robot clean. I like the reminders and notifications of the bin becoming full, but I have a bad habit of forgetting to check the litter. When the litter gets too low, then the cat poo sticks to the robot and makes it a mess. This helps prevent that. One thing I dislike about this is there is no notification if the Litter Hopper is becoming low. It is hard for me to check the level since I put it in the corner of the bathroom closet. My three Siamese cats have no issues with the box. I have the stairs since two of them are older. My one little cat dog actually enjoyed setting the robot off. I have caught him multiple times sticking his head in the entry and sitting back, watching it spin. He also figured out his auto feed and started feeding himsel

Makes litter level easy!

I love this thing! It doesn’t dispense as often as I would have expected, but it keeps the litter level topped of just fine! Totally worth getting. It’s made taking care of my cat just a little bit easier.

Never ending errors

I’ve had the litter robot 4 since late November. I added the litter hopper last month. I had frequent errors with the LR4 regarding not completing the cycle. After several attempts to fix the error permanently, I was finally told that I was using the wrong litter (too heavy) even though when I contacted the company they said the litter was fine. So, last month as I was waiting for the litter hopper to come in I changed the litter to something lighter. It was good for about a week except the cats did not appreciate the change. Now, I’ve got the hopper in place, I’m getting another error- to do with the new accessory. Sigh… So it’s great when it works.

Great addition to the Litter Robot!

This is a great little add on to the Litter Robot!
I was a little disappointed there were no written instructions, but hey I'm old school. That said, the QR code that takes you to the instructional video worked perfectly.
I found the video to be very clear and easy to follow. In all this was MUCH easier to assemble and set up than I thought it would be. The device Hopper is extremely well thought out.
The Hopper is doing it's job well and has eliminated one more maintenance chore from our lives.
