It is useless

I have large cats - Maine Coons. I was expecting that LitterHopper will maintain level of the litter in green zone or keep it at max level but it works only when litter level drops to yellow zone. There is no settings to control it in the the app. So basically I keep maintain litter in the green zone by myself and LitterHoper is waste of the money.

It doesn’t work. I tried everything they suggested online to get it to work with my litter robot 4 and no matter what I try it won’t auto fill or even attempt to dispense litter

The litter hopper makes Robot upkeep a once a week affair. Now emptying the tray and filling the hopper is the on maintenance needed. No more topping it off twice a day!

With our recent purchase of the litter robot my husband commented that refilling the liter was somewhat tricky. I decided to get the litter hopper to see if it would help. It did. However we were disappointed that it required replacing the original hood leaving us with the original as a useless big piece of plastic. The size made it cumbersome to store so it went into the recycle bin

Works Like A Charm

I love this thing! It makes it so easy for me to keep the Litter-Robot full. I did have issues with the bonnet clipping on perfectly but I believe that to be slight distortion that happened during shipping. Everything works as it should and my life is so much better for it.

OMGee, are we (and our two cats) enjoying having the LitterHopper installed and working as expected? Yes, we are! This feature indeed eliminates the need to constantly monitor and refill the LitterRobot's litter. We guess it's better late than never for us, but take our word for it that THIS is the cat's meow. : )
