Love, Love, Love it

I purchased 2 robot 4's last year and absolutely love it. I have commented in the past they need to invent a litter hopper. When I saw they now have it, I was so excited I bought 2. They work like a charm! They keep littler at appropriate level for better accuracy with cats weights. I only have to fill 1 or 2x a week, which is so nice. The only other thing I can think of is having a stainless steel Teflon coated drum instead of rubber. I think it would be easier to clean and more hygienic.

Won’t dispense litter unless low

I have had it a week and it won’t dispense litter. Still shows no dispense history on the app because it’s always saying optimal litter level. It has to be very low before the app would say low. I took a big scoop of litter out to test it and still didn’t dispense and I have even did the laser calibration and nothing. Probably be sending it back.

It is wonderful. Little hiccup on startup but flawless so far. Small learning curve remembering to reset weight when adding more litter. Small price. Almost automated and cat enjoys his boozey litter box.

After using this product for almost 6 months, I am so happy with my decision to purchase the Litter Hopper. It takes away the chore of adding litter to the litter robot every day. I would recommend the Litter Hopper to go along with the Litter Robot!

I purchased two of these, one for each Litter Robot 4. I installed them over a month ago. I've never seen either work. I continue to manually add litter to the LRs.
