It was easy to install with the clear, easy to follow instructions. Does exactly what it's supposed to do as long as you have litter at the desired level before finishing the setup. The app now reminds you when to refill the hopper.

I really like the idea of the hopper. The problem is that my litter robot keeps giving a torque fault error since I added it so I’m not sure that it’s a perfect product yet.

I have tried numerous times .. dismantling and reinstalling and yet it will only work for a day or two and then stops. Very frustrating. So now I have disconnected and don’t use at all. Expensive mistake!
