Not topping off litter frequently enough

The litter hopper was easy to set up and at first seemed to be regularly topping off the litter to keep it at the maximum line. A week later, I noticed litter had been kicked onto the floor which is what my cat does when the litter is less than optimal. Tge litter appeared well below the maximum line. I checked to be sure there was plenty of litter in the hopper’s reservoir and there was. I cycled the Robot to observe whether the hopper would dispense more litter. It did not. It finally dispensed litter later that day. For whatever reason, it is not dispensing litter frequently enough. Otherwise, I am pleased with not having to manually top off the litter myself.

Nearly Constant Motor Disconnect Errors

I love the idea of the LitterHopper and it would make a big difference if it weren't for the fact that it gives nearly constant motor disconnect errors when nothing apparent is wrong.
