Not good! Back to the drawing board with this thing!

While I love my litter robot, this hopper is not ready for prime time! A royal pain in the butt! I thought this was going to be a great addition, it's been nothing but frustration! I have two, both dont work worth a flip! Resetting, cleaning it out, starting over, different litter., going over the trouble shooting several times...junk! Motor always jams, worthless!

We love the new litter hopper! It takes the struggle and constant checking out of the equation when it comes to the litter level in the robot. I wish it was available for the litter robot 3; we’d buy one for our other unit!

The hopper was very easy to install. I watched the installation video a couple of times, and then watched it will I was installing the hopper. The hopper works really well, keeps the litter at optimum level, and I don't have to worry about checking it. It is definitely worth the cost.

4+ years with the robot. The hopper is definitely an amazing upgrade. Super easy to add and works great.

Does not work as described.

The hopper will work couple times and it show motor fault/disconnect. Have to reset it. At this time I have it disabled.
