Freaking awful

Dose nothing but constantly get "jammed" according to the app and lights but the second you pick it up to look at it EVERYTHING spills out onto the floor. Has been some how getting litter into every single crevice of the litter robot. I spent almost and hour just cleaning it all up. Save your money and don't buy this trash.

Difficult to install/fix

The new globe is exceptionally challenging to align properly during installation. Also, the hopper has no way to close. So, when it "jammed" and was required to be removed, whatever litter couldn't be removed from the hopper came pouring out the bottom. Not worth it in my opinion.

Deceiving set up video

Amazing little machine! Don't be fooled by the suggested start up video, there are more steps than placing the unit on the back of the litter robot! Watch a few other videos because that little grey pipe goes inside the globe. Oh! And there is a plug that needs to be removed first! Had a difficult time to vacuum litter from around and under the globe because we missed two vital setup steps.

Got the hopper a few weeks after getting the robot 4 and it is fantastic! simple installation and works perfectly, now I have one less thing to worry about.

Set-up was nice and easy (longer than the video obvi, but still easy to follow along).
I will say the sound of litter dispensing did startle me the first time.
But! Its super helpful to someone like me who has issues with adhd and executive function, I just top off the litter once a week when I empty the bag.
All in all great purchase, very reasonable price, 11/10

Install was very easy

Install was easy, it allowed me to do some cleaning while I had it apart. It kept giving a motor fault - globe is overloaded error, after I put it back together and got it back online. (It was not overloaded). I cleared the error by hitting cycle, and it dumped out all of the litter. So I added the litter back under the fill line in the globe and hit reset. Then it cycled normally and the blue light like normal. I havent seen the litter hopper work yet, I will monitor it as the littler level decreases.

Great addition to my robot

I am so glad I bought this. It was easy to install and gives me peace of mind that the litter level will always be optimal especially when we go away for a few days. I think it is well worth the investment!
