I know many people have had issues with theirs but I cannot say the same. This thing is such an easy install and man it does its job very well. I am very happy with its performance and appreciate that this makes litter in a cat household no chore at all. Great job to the team this has been a complete plus for me!

We had a Litter Robot 3 and loved it. We added a Litter Robot 4 with the hopper and that greatly simplified maintenance. We can go on vacation and it won't run out of litter. Highly recommend.

The new litter feeder works well. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL COVER SO IT CAN BE REUSED AND NOT PLACED IN THE LAND FILL. Pls advise

Litter hopper easy to install and use

I think it's easier to fill than the globe especially with large, boxed litter. It keeps the optimum level consistently. I wish I could see the level of the hopper litter in the app but, it's just as easy to look in the hopper lid.

Not sure why the hopper suddenly stopped refilling litter automatically. Each time I try to add the device, there’s no litter robot detected. Make it make sense.

interesting idea, but misses the mark

I loved the idea of this to refill the litter automatically. The first issue is the installation. it's very particular where the dome, and the hopper have to have near perfect alignment to get the power connecter seated. with slightly flimsy dome this is a little harder than expected. Once seated it worked as advertised.
The issue though is it didn't seem to mature what was needed and would always put it litter. it put in so much litter each rotation the excess litter was being dumped into the waste drawer then refilling itself. It filled the entire waste draw in three days where I can generally go two weeks with out having to empty.... Great idea but the execution is just not quite there yet.
