one works fine one does not work properly

One hooper works fine as does what it is supposed to do. The other one, of course the one that is harder to access, constantly jams and does not work. I have taken if off, cleaned out out, dumped and refilled it with letter, nearly every day.

This thing is pretty great. We can now leave for a full week an d it have to worry about the litter box getting foul!

Seems to let the litter get really low then spends several cycles catching up. Would like to be able to manually trigger.

I love this concept…. Makes things more automated and convenient. The litter hopper keeps the litter robot less full than I kept it when I was adding the litter myself. This does actually allow for more of a mess because the litter robot is not actually filled to the line and when the cats poo or pee toward the edge of the litter it does not get fully absorbed in the litter. So to simplify my explanation, I love the litter hopper, just wish it kept the level more toward the ‘full’ marker.
