Doesn't dispense litter

I had high hopes for this dispenser but it doesn't dispense litter. The app is not helpful at all in terms of troubleshooting why this is. I installed it correctly and even got a test amount to get dispensed. But since installation, nothing has been dispensing and it is really annoying having to figure out for myself why I paid money for a product that does not work.

I LOVE these Litter Hoppers

These were very easy to set up and hold the perfect amount of litter. Every time I change out the waste bag, the hopper is due to be refilled. To get the best results, make sure you calibrate your optimal fill level before you start using the hopper! There’s a step by step guide on this website that I used. With my 4 cats and 2 litter robots, the hoppers each top off the litter 1-2 times per day.

Perfect addition

I am genuinely impressed by this new addition. The sole manual requirement that remained was the addition of litter. However, this ingenious feature has effectively addressed that issue. It automatically dispenses litter when necessary, eliminating the need for any manual intervention on your part.

This is the icing on the cake and worth the cost!
There have been so many times I don’t check on the litter robot because it is so reliable and then when I do check the litter level is low. Now it is optimal all the time and that’s better for my cats. I love it.

This is the worst product. It kept showing error. Malfunction in motor and it disrupted my litter robot. I would not recommend the litter hopper.
