Unfortunately, it doesn't work!

We have 3 litter robots for our cats at our homes in the states and St John. We love these machines, unfortunately, the hopper does not work. We've installed it according to the directions and it hasn't dispensed any new fresh litter. It actually makes the litter robot unstable and we're constantly getting warning lights and the machine stops working completely. We wish the hopper worked as we would have bought 2 additional for our other litter robot machines. Unfortunately, I can't leave a positive review for this new gadget that doesn't work and interferes with the operation of the litter robot.

AWESOME!

I originally used a not 100% clay litter, which weighed more than clay and didn't work with the hopper. But then I switched litter to 100% clay. NOW this is amazing! I literally add litter and empty dirty litter once a week on garbage day. AWESOME!

This is an update to our previous 1 star review for the Litter Hopper, which took a weekend and some fiddling to finally make work. The supplied suggestions were not helpful as the plug in the litter hopper seemed to be the problem. Now working as-expected, both the Litter Hopper and Litter Robot are doing a great job of things.

Works as advertised

I have three litter robots (1 LR3 and 2 LR4) and 6 cats. So far, the litter hopper works as advertised. It’s a real time save for me or anyone with more than one cat.
It was straight forward to install. I recommend a thorough deep cleaning if you are installing it on an existing, in use, LR4.
I will likely buy another one for my other LR4

We have A LOT of cats. I'm topping off litter daily with the amount of times my machine runs. This has been a GODSEND! It dispenses perfectly. We've had it for several weeks now with zero issues!
