Hoppy is kinda handy...

I find that the hopper is too small to really be of any serious use. It takes like 3-4 days and its empty. If anything, it extends liter capacity for vacations.

Easy To Install & Very Useful

It was easy to install and worked immediately. I did have to use the control panel to enable it rather than the app because the app did not see it until enabled. I could wish the hopper itself was a little larger (three cats) though I understand the technical requirements around weight and materials. And it is a must if you travel.

Love it but wish that it had a larger capacity. Also would like to be able to manually dispense litter with the app if I choose. Easy to remove for cleaning. No regrets.

Just when I thought the litter robot couldn't be any better. The hopper keeps the litter level at optimal capacity which in turn keeps the inside cleaner. Easy to install and use.

Wish it were adjustable

I found the instructional video and the installation straightforward. I've noticed it wastes quite a bit of clean litter as it consistently reads my litter level as low (I'm using an approved litter recommended by the company). Because of this, I typically disable the hopper after its initial fill on its first cycle of the day. I recommend the company look into adjusting the litter amount deposited and perhaps making this a controllable feature in the app.

Works well, good is flimsy

Works well, but the good is flimsy, doesn’t meet up with the front trim very well. So not aesthetically pleasing.

Good addition..fit issues

Good addition that makes taking care of your cat boudoir easier. Some problems with in installation..the unit still does not tightly fit..gaps on either side. Removing the bonnet is still too difficult. My motor failed..looks like a rev to the motor which is better at overcoming break away torque. Generally after fighting with resets, etc. everything. Weight is still not recording after resets..worked before this was installed..will keep trying.
