Litter hopper is a great add on

The Litter Hopper is a great add on. It’s very convenient to load it up w/litter a couple times a week for my 2 cats instead of trying to hand scoop it in….especially since I have the hood cover on it. It’d be nice if there was a rebate or credit for returning the hood that you no longer need when you put the new one on that accommodates the hopper.

I've been using the litter hopper for a month or so now and it's been working great. It's nice not having to worry about topping off the litter as often!

I've not had to add litter manually since I added this on. The level stays right at the marks.

This product is not that great. Hopefully with some software updates it will get better. I would like to have the option to dispense litter by pushing a button on the app because it doesn't always dispense litter and I feel it keeps it too low.

It’s aggravating but worth it

This was absolutely aggravating to get set up and started. It’s very fickle on connecting. It took me several tries to get the hood set to where the hoppers motor would connect. Once it finally found a spot it liked, it’s worked great since!

Amazing Product

I've been waiting for this since before I even ordered the Litter Robot 4. Read online the company planned on making new attachments like this and I can tell you the LitterHopper works great and now there is even less work to do other than the cleaning the machine with the wipes that litter robot also sells!

Great idea. Problematic.

This seems like a great idea and is reasonably priced. However, it seems to have unbalanced my litter robot and caused difficulty. My litter robot has always been finicky, now more so - stopping several times to complete a cycle.

Keeps the litter level high all the time

I find the accessory very useful and makes things easier. It keeps the litter level full so the cats don’t have reduced volume of litter to work with. It’s also easier to refill the caddy than dumping it directly into the drum. I can now go a week without touching the litter robots and I have 4 cats, two LR4’s. This was the missing piece, as before I’d need to top off the boxes mid week, now it’s just dumping the bag and refilling the caddy once a week.
