Pour l’instant 3 étoiles, la litière coule simplement quand je refais la mise en route, car au bout d'une semaine rien ne se passe.

Maximizes the potential and use of the Robot perfectly by keeping litter at optimal levels which has eliminated any clumps stuck to the sidewalls.

Still doesn't work properly

The hopper hasn't worked properly since it was installed. I've tried reinstalling it over and over to make sure it was installed properly. I've watched the installation video over and over and can't figure out where things went wrong. It has been more of a hassle than just pouring more litter in as needed. I'm starting to think it was a waste of money.

The biggest pain is the YouTube instructional video on how to install this. It moves pretty fast and you have to keep pausing and rewinding it (and the intro is pretty useless). Once I got this installed it was fine I think. I use the Litter Robot because I have POTS so a more simplified video would have been better since my brain fog makes things difficult.

These were easy to install, and have been working great. It's great to not have to worry about cat litter, and more importantly they're always topped off which I'm sure the cats appreciate!

I waited until the LitterHopper had been out a bit to see how folks liked it. I am so glad I pulled the trigger, because it makes the whole litter box part of owning cats so much easier. Money well spent.

App says hopper is fine and active yet it hasn’t added to the robot since installing several days ago. Litter looks low to me but nothing yet added. Hopper history shows no activity since installation
