Would not work

After putting it together the globe would not cycle correctly. Had others helping me and still couldn't get it to work. I ended up returning it.

Really wanted it to just work when I put it together but for some reason I am really having trouble getting the litterhopper to work. It just doesn’t put out litter when it’s low.

Honestly did not think the Litter-Robot could get better, but with this dispenser it is. Now with our 3 cats it's pretty much hands-off until we have to empty the waste. Which we do about once a week.

Great add on to get

I recently bought the litter hopper add on after seeing someone's review. They thought it was a nice upgrade. I agree it automatically adds litter when needed while cycling your litter. Check you litter when you take the bag out and this makes it an even better experience. I will be buying a second unit soon since I have multiple cats. I recommend to anyone with cats.

Trouble shooting

I had some trouble getting this to work initially. I finally got to a trouble shooting place that showed me how to reset and recalibrate. It has worked so far after. Hopefully it continues to.

The addition of the hopper makes an already great product even better! It’s an investment but so worth it. I no longer have to be concerned about checking to add litter. As long as I fill the hopper periodically it’s taken care of. Love this product!

Permet d’éviter la corvée de remplissage de litière fonctionne vraiment bien.

I absolutely love that I spent the extra cash for the hopper it makes life so much easier with so many cats. We have 3 cats and foster 1-3 extras at all times this litter robot and hopper has changed our lives
