The hopper works perfectly and makes being a cat guardian easier than ever.
I only wish whisker would let me send the old bonnet back for refurbished bots. Most recycling plants don’t actually recycle plastic and it just ends up in a landfill due to costs.

I am so glad I ordered the litter hopper! It was super easy to assemble too! It is a hit louder than the robot itself but not bad at all and it refills about once a day. Definitely a great addition to my litterrobot 4!

Always gives errors

First of all, this should just come with the litter robot. It's ridiculous and an obvious cash grab that it doesn't. It's basically the same with a few mods, there's no reason it shouldn't come with it.
Secondly, the litter robot 4 is always sending me errors that the litter hopper is empty when it's completely full.
Otherwise, it works well.

Not what we expected

We got the litter hopper a little over a month ago and set up the litter hopper , but the results not what I hoped for., it does not keep the litter up to the level it needs

Cats took to it immediately, we put it in the garage and so far the mess has been 100% better we could move it into the house now if needed. so nice only maintaining the robot when it says its full.

Litter Hopper to the rescue!

My litter robot, called the Poop Palace, is located in my living room. I didn’t want a bag of litter on display so I’d fill up 4 plastic white quart jars with litter and use those to fill the palace when low.
The litter hopper has eliminate that inconvenience and keeps the litter at the perfect level all the time. It works better than I expected :-)

Great addition!

I’ve been a Litter Robot customer for a very long time. As someone who travels a lot, the Litter Robot has been essential. Adding the hopper made this unit even better! I now can be away without a cat sitter for minimum 4-5 days. And typically I would have them come over to simply add litter. Those days are long gone! I love this product!

No more wasted litter

The Hopper was the best addition to the LitterRobot. Ever since getting the LitterRobot, the only complaint I had was how cumbersome it was putting litter in, and how it seemed filling it up to the line often wasted litter. With the LitterHopper, there is no more litter waste, and itʻs actually easy to add litter with no mess. There is always enough litter for the cats, and everyone is happy. It wasnʻt too difficult to install, but it did feel weird having to get rid of another large piece of plastic. But it is still worth it to keep the right amount of litter without waste.
