Love the idea of the hopper, but I can’t get it to dispense regularly/ reliably.

Love the idea of the hopper, but I can’t get it to dispense regularly/ reliably. My sons got me the system for Christmas for our cats and it has been great not to have to scoop regularly. I am still trying to figure out which litter will clump that fastest and draw up any urine quickest.

Pour l'instant ça ne semble pas fonctionner. Il se déconnecte souvent et ne semble pas ajouter de la litière.
Le litter robot aussi fait souvent des arrêts pendant le cycle TRÈS SOUVENT 2 à 3 et ce n'est pas le chat qui l'arrête.

Game Changer

I have 2 cats and an extremely small apartment and busy schedule. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. It is helpful to give my cats their best experience. My ONLY complaint / issue was my silica litter kept getting jammed and I needed to change brands but not a deal breaker or even worth losing a star over.

Perfect for litter maintenence

We added the litter hopper to our machine and it's fantastic. We don't worry about the little level just maintaining the hooper nice and full. The only thing that is the instructions for installation fails to mention to remove the plug and ensure the shoot is attached. We had to dig to find that info. Maybe add it to the installation video would be appreciated.

The LitterHopper is better than I thought. I expected it to be well engineered, and it is. It actually works better than anticipated. I used to have to add litter every day, now I add litter to the LitterHopper when I clean it, though I believe that once a week would be sufficient.
