Takes yet another chore away from you

Already happy with the Litter Robot (we call it Mount Doom, it destroys unwanted stuff we throw in it), the hopper makes it even better. Solid construction, easy installation and so much convenience. It's not cheap, but a great addition to the already great Litter Robot.

This is a game changer. Got the litter robot 4 several months ago. With 3 kitties using it the litter needed to be added frequently. This hopper eliminated that. Always the perfect amount now.

Beaucoup de messages d'erreurs depuis que j'ai installé les LitterHopper, et ce, malgré une litière adaptée.
Pour le moment je les ai désactivés de frustration, je vais tout réinstaller une nouvelle fois et espère une meilleure rentabilité (accessoire onéreux !)

I’ve tried every troubleshooting step but my Litterrobot hasn’t recognized the hopper so it doesn’t work. Big waste.

je suis très déçu puisque le produit … ne fonctionne pas ! le SAV m'a envoyé un deuxième produit mais il ne fonctionne pas. Je ne sais plus quoi penser. La litterRobot 4 est vraiment géniale et très fiable ... je pensai que le litterhopper serait de la même qualité mais c'est une catastrophe ! j'espère que le logiciel va être modifié pour prendre en charge de manière efficace et fiable le litterhopper !!

I love my litter robot! The addition of the litterhopper was easy and it works well. The only thing I've noticed is that it adds litter after ever bathroom trip and so I go through litter faster than I did before. But otherwise, love everything about the litter robot experience.
