It does not provide litter when needed. Machine can be almost empty and still doesn’t dispense

The litter hopper works great. Keeps Robot 4 litter filled. The app warns when litter in hopper is low. Well worth installing.

This new fun sand magic box is wonderful. My bone-head human is always forgetting to add a little extra fun sand to the pooper and so it gets thin and weird in there. But this thing… man, oh man! It’s great. It just adds a little when needed. I don’t know how it works. Probably magic. All I know is, my human took about 15 minutes to pop off the old top and put the new magic box on the back, and there it was. The fun sand just gets magically added. Get one for your bone-headed human too. They’ll love you for it.

Great product overall

The litter hopper has been a great product. The installation is made easy with a well made video on how to install it. I find it so much easier to add litter to the hopper than into the globe. It brings a lot of piece of mind too that the litter level will never be low. The only issue I have with it is after installing it, the sensors stopped working correctly and I had to recalibrate them for both the drawer and litter level as the drawer was always being reported full and litter level at optimal even though neither were true. It would have been nice to see somewhere that recalibration may be required after installing

LitterHopper - another task handled

We’ve been happy to have another litterbox task handled. Handy to have them on LR4s that aren’t placed in the easiest accessible places around the house to keep an eye on litter level or to manually add litter to. Reduces trips hauling litter up stairs or leaving unsightly opened bags nearby for refilling. Clean aesthetic and worthwhile purchase.

Better than I expected

I saw the advertisements and I was tired of frequently adding fresh liter as needed.
Git ordered and shortly received the box. It didn't look complicated and after watching the installation video twice I went to work.
Relatively easy to install, just follow the instructions.
I like how it lets me know when liter was added on my phone app.
If you don't have one, get one; you'll be glad you did.
