Good but sticker on the bonnet seems to be off

I triple checked - the sticker on the new bonnet seems to be in the wrong spot… this causes me to mistakenly hit the wrong button.

Litter Hopper Works Great

Added the litter hopper to my litter-robot 4 which works great and eliminates need to reach in to fill when level is low. Love the automation.

Excellent time saver

I bought this to help my cat sitter when I went on vacation so she wouldn't have to refill the litter since my cats prefer the Litter Robot. It worked great! Was easy to set up. It took a few minutes for the product to register that it was full, but after that I've only had to refill and go.

still within trial period but jams up and doesn’t work as expected. have to dump litter, remove and add back on a regular basis right now.

Great timesaver with room for improvement

The good:
A great time saver, especially if your cats like to dig and you want to give them the maximum "real estate" whenever they do their business. With 3 cats, it tops up the litter 2-3 times a day and has to be refilled every 4-5 days. It outlasts the waste bin capacity slightly (at least if you want enough safety margin not to get waste squished into the globe) but the workflow of: empty waste, refill hopper and wipe visible stains in the globe every 4th day with an effort of about 10 minutes works very well for us.
The OK (but awesome support):
The Hopper Bonnet feels a bit more "flimsy" than the original one, not sure if that is a difference in material, thicknesses or shape (or just my imagination). For me, it seems to be 2-3% too small, so that if the side clips are latched in, there is a 3-4 mm gap at the top and around the front (getting smaller towards the bottom). If you hook in the top notch, it's sometimes a bit finicky to get the clips on the side to latch but its also not super hard to

Love the ability to upgrade older Litter4 with the Hopper

This has been a great purchase to add to my older Litter Robot 4. My kids are in charge of emptying the bags and they tend to forget to add more litter during the week. So, once less thing on my list to follow-up on and make sure it is done.
