It's PERFECT!

This LitterHopper is the best invention! This along with the LitterRobot 4 literally made it worry-free for me while having 3 cats. I only need to go near the robot once a week when emptying the waste bin. I never have to worry about the litter in the robot running low again. I'm so happy to have this add-on.

Because the litter robot does not come in a combo set with the hopper, we purchased the hopper separately. It took us a while to install because the bonnet was not fitting right. It turned out one of the latches on the bonnet was installed incorrectly by the manufacturer. For the amount of money, I expected better quality control.
I love the robot and my friend insisted I add the hopper. I've had it for 2 weeks and while it showed as enabled, it never operated until today when it errors with motor fault. I have taken it off 3xs to vacuum loose fresh litter and followed all the steps and nothing helped.
I have two little robot force and this is my second litter hopper. My first one was perfect. I put it on. I have never had any problems with it. This latest one is problematic. It cannot run a full cycle without going to motor disconnect and error.
Haven’t had any luck getting the litter robot back to its original calibration for weight, now the cat weighs anywhere from 5 to 10lbs. The bonnet also doesn’t fit as well as the original and leaves a gap despite all clips being in. Not worth the hassle.
The hopper motor consistently gets jammed then consistently tries to dump more litter. This then fills up the tube in the back that goes into the globe. This will overflow and start spilling out the back creating a mess!
We recently added the LitterHopper to our Litter Robot. We think it is a great idea. Since we added it it hasn’t been adding litter much at all and we had to manually add litter last week. We have rebooted and unplugged the power to see if anything changes in the coming week. Thanks
Would be 5 stars as it generally does what it's supposed to, but I have two six-month olds that like to roughhouse and climb, and twice in less than 2 weeks it has errored out that the motor is disconnected. Support had me completely re-onboard the first time which fixed it (support gets 5 stars BTW). The second time I just lifted/reseated the hopper a couple times and it was fixed. Seems like the electrical connectors could be a bit more robust, but it's a simple fix. You my not see it with less hyperactive cats. I would still recommend it.
