Very Disappointed Terrible Zippers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely disappointed in the quality of this luggage. I purchased both the medium check in and the carry on. BOTH zippers were faulty. Both luggages were underweight and properly packed. The check-in zipper popped right before my flight, I had to buy a luggage belt to help keep my belongings secure & just hoped during my flight that my belongings would arrive intact. The carry-on zipper popped open when I was already at my destination. Now I have to order a luggage belt for my carry-on, an absolute joke.
For the amount of money and weight the Samsonite name carries I expected better. And now, I am not back state-side until the end of August and am unsure how to get this fixed, reimbursed.
Included the picture of the faulty carry-on zipper (the medium check-in looked the same, but didn't get a chance to take a picture as I had to get to the airport).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so in love with this suitcase. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this suitcase. The only improvement I can think of is the zipper pulls in the main compartment, which have a bit of an awkward angle, but nothing that would stop me from using it. I would highly recommend this carryon to anyone looking for a suitcase that does it all and will last a lifetime. It is my favorite suitcase and has replaced my other carryon luggage
