This one that you sent as a replacement is working great so far, The Roku we had before the one you replaced had also done the same thing. a dark blue, black screen but had sound. So We are praying that this one last, because we enjoy Roku very much. Thank you for replacing last one

I love that you can download the Roku app on any phone to use it. My wife and I use that feature to listen to what we watch with our headphones while our son is sleeping. We have a more expensive TV that can only connect one headphone at a time directly to the TV. It also doesn't allow you to download an app to control it like this Roku TV does. When we misplace the remote we can't watch it. This Roku TV rocks for the price and features you get. I highly recommend it.

Easiest set up possible. We did not have any problems at all setting it up. And just had one question about the remote. Called the customer service number and the representative was the absolute best! She was so courteous and helpful. The TV itself has such a clear, vibrant color and the sound is fantastic! Love it!!

Our Roku was a gift from family. It was very easy to learn how to use just one Roku remote control. I would recommend to anyone who wants to reduce the very high expense of cable TV.

This 43” Roku TV has an awesome picture. It’s laid out a bit different than my last tv so I’m still getting used to it. If you are looking for a tv with a crystal clear picture then look no further. Highly recommend!!
