We are not exactly “ Spring Chickens “… and new technology doesn’t come easy. Our neighbors showed us their new Roku TV …so we got one ( just like theirs) ! Now we are watching things that we never even knew existed! 😊

Voice Activated Remote?

The remote for my new Roku TV does not have a voice command option. The remote for the Roku device I bought for an older Samsung TV does. Is there a remote for the RokuTV which has the voice command option.

Replacement TV

My 6-month-old ROKU TV stopped working, so I contacted ROKU customer support (on a weekend no less) & after having me to try a few trouble-shooting items, they determined that my TV had a defect & authorized a new replacement, which arrived in only 3 days. GREAT customer service!

Great TV with good picture and easy to download streaming like Acorn, Netflix, BritBox. We have two other TVs that have a Roku stick that are not Roku TVs. I like the fact that you don’t have to have a separate Roku stick in the Roku TV.
