I purchased a Canon EOS R50 V Mirrorless Camera WITH 14-30mm f/4-6.3 IS STM PZ Lens and the product listing clearly stated that the package included both the camera body and the lens. I carefully reviewed the description and specifications before placing my order, and I even made a screen recording while reviewing and purchasing the item for my own reference.
After waiting three days for delivery, I also recorded the entire unboxing process. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I found that it contained only the lens. The camera body was completely missing.
I have complete evidence, including the screen recording of the product listing and purchase, as well as the full unboxing video, clearly showing what was advertised and what I actually received.
Today, I also noticed that many other buyers have left negative reviews reporting that they received incorrect or incomplete items from this seller. This has made me very concerned. I hope this was simply an honest mistake and that the seller will promptly send the missing camera body as advertised. However, seeing multiple similar complaints raises concerns that this may not be an isolated incident.
I also hope Best Buy takes this matter seriously by investigating this seller and helping protect customers from similar experiences. Since this purchase was made through the Best Buy Marketplace, I hope Best Buy will also take responsibility in ensuring that customers receive exactly what they ordered and assist in resolving this issue fairly and promptly.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope both the seller and Best Buy will take the necessary steps to make this right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
