Why the name change??

Dad loved the Naval SUPREMACY I got him for his birthday. That’s saying a lot since he’s only ever used Irish Spring bar soap. He’s a Navy Vet so he got a kick out of the name. But why, oh why, did you change it to Naval DIPLOMACY? Please don’t tell me that this is to appease the PC police.

At some point this hard scrubbing man wash called “Naval Supremacy” got renamed to “naval diplomacy”. I, sorry I can’t continue to buy this product anymore. Maybe the ingredients are the same, but it speaks to whatever weak kneed corporate HR hack that hemmed and hawed that it sounded I’m sure too aggressive.
Guess what, I want an aggressive soap. I want a guest to get in my shower and know I can establish an expeditionary force in any island chain on earth. I hope one day marketing gets their balls and ovaries back and puts the name back right

Naval Supremacy now Naval Diplomacy? Feels contradictory to the whole feel and intrigue of your brand. If it's petty to have an issue with the change, it was petty to change it in the first place.

Amazing body wash, although I'm not sure how Teddy Roosevelt would feel that we're settling for "Naval Diplomacy" here when "Naval Supremacy" was the name of this when it first caught my eye and my unyielding loyalty

I am no man, but I am a Sailor! This scent is so perfectly salty and fresh, it still suits my feminine sensibilities without being girly. Not really noticeably thicker than typical liquid soap, but the lather is rich and satisfying. The "teenage body wash" thing in your copy for the stuff is weird and I don't know what you mean by it. But overall a great product with the best smell ever.
