[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very oily skin and lots of black heads. I used the wave tool on my nose first. The information packet said the extract mode I safe to use once a week. It's good they mentioned that so I wouldn't overdo it. The tool vibrates so it helps loosen the blackheads. However, it is not a miracle worker. I had to press down more to get my stubborn deep blackheads and whiteheads to the surface. I noticed broken vessels from pressing too hard. It was uncomfortable, and even painful to do on my cheeks. People with sensitive skin should use caution and refrain from pressing too hard. It collected the oil on my T-zone very well. I did not have much trouble there or pain. The application that helps infuse skincare is nice, but have to keep using it to see any change in my skin. I do think it reminds me to do my skincare more. The lift mode felt odd at first because it was like a clicking and a small tug, nothing hurt, just took a minute to get use to. I'm not sure if it is doing anything. Just like the skincare infusion, I have to keep using it to see major improvement. Overall, I like this product and will use it in my daily night time routine. It will keep me in the habit of taking care of my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've seen these all over socials and when I got my hands on one I was excited to see the beautiful bits that would come up from my pores! I used this on a day when I knew I had extra layers of skincare and beauty on my face, like makeup and spf. I started with an oil-based cleanser to help remove any excess product on my face, then my second cleanser after that I went straight in. I felt a little tingle in the areas of use and the pulses are not too bad. I recommend using the product a lot softer on the skin to avoid any skin tears, I got a little too excited with pressure. Try also to be sure you dry any excess water on your face, the skin should be damp only. Other than that I highly recommend giving this a try for those who experience loads of pore-clogging also and GREAT at-home spa gift!

Not sure if I got a faulty one; the Wave Pro worked dreamy the few times it worked. I have used it 5-6 times total for extractions which is about once a month. It will no longer turn on at all. I have attempted charging it multiple times, trying to turn it on while plugged in and it won’t turn on at all. I read this was an issue in reviews before buying but assumed that there are always a few bad batches. Unfortunately either I got one of those faulty ones or the motors in these aren’t made well at all. This would have had a 5 star review if it hadn’t stopped working out of the blue after using for a short period. Hope PMD gets the kinks worked out.

We are so sorry your experience with the Wave Pro was not what you expected. The silicone on our Wave Pro is the same type of hygenic silicone that is on our Clean products. The blade for the Wave Pro is made of surgical steel so that it can be cleaned with soap and water, or a sanitizing wipe, and it won't rust.

Tighter, Brighter Skin But Lacking Instruction

So far I love this product. I have only been using it a few weeks, but my pores appear to be a little smaller, and my skin feels a little tighter after using it. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is the lack of instruction. I wish there were videos on the website, that show you exactly how to use the product. The small pictures that come in the box dont give enough information.
I would recommend this to a friend!
