Highly recommend for nursery

I truly like that you can change the color of the camera base and it’s like a night light for the babies. You can move the camera with very nice angles it reaches. The sound clarity is very good and it plays baby tunes ! I like it very much

Great baby monitor, minor flaws

Things I love:
-Large Screen
-Long battery life
-the swivel capability of the camera
-nightlight feature on camera
-no WiFi
-connectivity is good
A few things I don’t love:
-wish the kickstand was bigger
-would like to have the time shown on the screen
-it’s a little glitchy/quality could be better
-great idea to have the sound machine on the camera, but I found them to be poor sounding and don’t get loud enough

Good quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the monitor is huge, so you can see a lot! It definitely would be hard to lose the monitor as well because its the size of a small tablet. The video quality is pretty decent, a little pixelated but not much. Its pretty easy to configure and theres not a whole lot of settings so it doesn’t get confusing. The night light part is really nice and high quality and i love that you can choose so many different colors! The camera moves smoothly and you can move it around to basically see the entire room. It doesn’t turn 360 degrees but close enough to it. It connects easily, but does take a second. I really like that it has motion detection and that you can adjust how sensitive it is. Its also nice that it has songs and soothing sounds built in. Its also really great that it has 2 way talk and you can talk to your child through the camera. Overall I think this is a really great baby monitor!

good quality monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great quality baby monitor. i like the pan-tilt-zoom on it. the nightlight is a nice feature and the sound quality is superb. not a fan of the lullabies, but we have a sound machine so not a big deal. i docked one star for the parent monitor. 7in is a bit big to be carrying around the house and the navigation is very tedious. it would be nice if it were touch screen.

Will Not Buy Anything Else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to having this monitor, we had been using a simple, cheap one. While it got the job done, there were several features that were lacking. This become more apparent after upgrading to this VTech monitor. The video quality combined with the large screen is a game changer! I can see my baby breathing through the camera which is greatly appreciated. I love the temperature feature, telling me what the room is like and allows for an alarm to go off if it goes outside a set range. The night light options on the camera are a huge bonus as well as the sound machine. The sound from the monitor is great and even filters out the white noise from the camera or alternative sound machine. We didn’t realize how much the white noise bothered us coming through our old monitor until switching! We love that you can move the camera around from the monitor, panning and tilting as needed. It comes with a wall mount which we haven’t used yet but appreciate that it was included. We couldn’t love this monitor more and will repurchase in the future if necessary!

Great monitor and camera!

The size of the monitor screen is large which allows you to actually see what baby is doing. The handheld monitor seemed to have good battery life while I was trialing it and I loved that the camera could be moved up and down from the handheld monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally had an expensive WiFi camera in our baby’s room but I prefer this one! No wifi needed and the picture and sound are really clear. And now we don’t have to be looking at our phones constantly!
