Works very well. Easy to get gifs off of Pinterest and upload to the device. I wish you could have more than 20 gifs in a playlist though

Personally i dont care for this item. Its neat but just doesnt offer what i am looking for. Colors are great ,ui is easy to use. Just not my favorite.

Great art display

I got this for Christmas and I just love this latest addition to my Govee lighting. I love creating scenes, and the presets are pretty good as well. You can also upload gifs. As usual, the community comes up with the best DIY creations and I've downloaded a bunch. The little speaker is good for sound effects, like crackling fire. But I don't use that much.
On Christmas I had it looping 15 Christmas GIFs, a couple clocks, and weather, for a total of 20 different selections(that can be any mix of still images and animations, I usually use mostly all animations), the max for each playlist you create. I like to switch out different playlists for holidays and seasons. But, right now I'm listening to music and having the display reacting to it with geometric patterns. Nice.
I would caution that while it would be OK on a desk, it's better at least 4-5 feet away. That way you still see the pixels, but you see the whole as more cohesive.
