The design is super cute but every two seconds it popped off the base making it unusable and a waste of money. Very disappointed with this purchase! I

Hi Debbie, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We recommend you to twist your PopTop only while expanded, then collapse it. The problem should be resolved by doing that.

I thought the red would be "redder".... pale and should have been vibrant. I really hoped that you would have had soft "3D" Popsockets for Christmas like the Mickey Halloween pumpkin one.... :confused:

I loved this for Halloween. I got so many compliments and it is super comfortable to use. Reminds me of our trip to Disney at Halloween.

The only reason I give it a 4 is because sometimes it easily falls off. I lost it once and had to retrace my steps. Thankfully my co worker held on to it for me. Otherwise it’s adorable!
