Missing all 5 control knobs. Didn't realize it until I came to that step as I was unpacking things as I assembled it. Grill looks sharp besides that though!

In love!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m am so impressed with this grill!! We got it a couple of days ago and my husband put it together right away. You do have to assemble it, so I suggest if you or your husband aren’t too good at that, paying for the assembly bc it does come in a lot of pieces and boxes. Luckily my hubbys a pro. Wev already made charbroiled burgers for dinner and made steak and egg bagels for breakfast this morning! The side burner is so clutch!! I also can’t wait to use the griddle for pancakes or taco meat!! 10 out of 10 recommend this grill. The coolest thing to me also the fact we can turn it into a coal grill in minutes! Summer bbqs are going to be fire!

Now we're cooking with gas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grill had stopped working and I had actually ordered parts to repair it when this popped up on Influenster, and I'm so glad it did! It arrived on a pallet, unloaded from a semi truck in my regular human neighborhood, which was quite the event. The grill probably took me a couple hours to assemble, and I lost a couple of screws in the process, but it all feels solid with no danger of it falling apart. The grill looks so sleek (for a grill), and works perfectly. Now I have enough room to cook vegetarian stuff and meat without it accidentally touching, and the side burner is great for sauteing veggies or cooking pretty much anything would might make in a pot or pan, which will come in handy if we lose power during a hurricane or other storm. They say you get what you pay for, and this definitely looks and feels like a $500 grill.

Versatile, even cooking, propane, and charcoal options with the same grill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome grill. It is amazing having the versatility of being able to use propane or charcoal. I love that I can also swap out a couple grill grates with the griddle to have options. It is nice having all of the parts to store nicely on the grill itself.

Poor Build Quality

I left the Weber world to take a chance with Charbroil. I figured buying their "Pro Series" would be a good way to see how they stacked up with the entry-level Weber "Spirit" series I owned for 15 years. I've owned the Charbroil for almost a year, and I can say with great certainty that it is not nearly the quality of grill that I was hoping for. It heats up well, grills fine, and has a lot of versatility, but it is already rusting on surface areas and the door is discoloring. I keep it covered all of the time. Additionally, the metal is extremely weak, and the handle broke already (replaced under warranty). The thing is, rust and paint discolorations are not covered under the warranty. So they can paint on the cheapest paint to the cheapest metal and you have no recourse for getting it fixed. Ugh. When I chatted with Charbroil they confirmed this limitation to the warranty. When this officially dies I will move to a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
