Love my Big Easy!

I had my first Big Easy for about 14 years and used it to cook turkeys, chickens, prime rib roasts, venison, roasts, pork butt, kebabs… You name it! I just retired it and picked up my second unit in time for Thanksgiving. I love my Big Easy!

We did a chicken and today I am doing a 15 lb turkey for family thanksgiving! We love doing deep fried turkey! This item is a game changer! Prep and clean up so much easier!! Excited to experience turkey with no oil! It is about 20 degrees today. Will be interesting to see to see how long it takes to do the turkey!!

Amazing for Thanksgiving!

Got this to make my first Thanksgiving turkey and it worked amazing! A 14.5 lbs turkey took about 3 hours and it came out perfect. Meat was moist and skin stayed really crispy! Super easy to clean afterwards. Highly recommend if you have the outdoor space and don’t have room in the oven for a turkey. Will definitely be using for the foreseeable future!

The Big Easy Is A Part Of Our Thanksgiving

I purchased my unit back in 2010, and it has served us faithfully every Thanksgiving since. I just cooked a 13-pound turkey in slightly over two hours! The product works great—it's fast, simple to operate, and a huge help in freeing up oven space. We always get juicy white meat and that sought-after crispy skin that our family raves about. It's become such a central part of our holiday that it travels with us wherever Thanksgiving is hosted; my family insists on the "Big Easy" turkey every time.

Great Steak

My first cook on the Big Easy Air Fryer. Cooked a 3.5 lb chunk of Beef Tenderloin. Seasoned it with Garlic Salt and Black Pepper. Cooked it @45 minutes and pulled it out when the internal temperature reached 120 degrees. Lett it rest and Sliced it, absolutely one of the best tasting steaks I've ever ate Could have let the internal temp come up to around 125 degree. The very center was pretty rare. But I like a rare steak.
