I have had the Big Easy for approximately 15 years! Wore one out and just replaced it! Cooks almost anything you wish but since we are approaching Thanksgiving, the ability to cook up to a 20 bird in about half of the oven time makes the purchase price amazing! The outside is golden brown while the inside is so tender and moist!

Great! But, needs a natural gas conversion

It works amazingly well, however, why not be able to convert it to Natural Gas??? This is the only thing that I need a propane tank for, which is unfortunate...

Well we just received our Airfryer this week and haven't had a chance to try it out, but so far everything looks aged, no missing parts, will update later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Bit Smaller?

If I were to buy my third Big Easy I certainly would. It does seem to be a bit smaller because my first turkey was over 22 pounds. I'm sure the new model would 'fry' just as well. Besides it looks great!
Like most gas grills, the ignition system seems to have died. Yet, it is not the spark mechanism but the handle. I have replaced it twice. I now use a pair of plyers.
Cooking on this grill at least once a week since it's creation has been fantastic.
Charbroil has definitely improved their quality over the years.
