Impossible to assemble.

I truly believe this is a good product. However, the inability to assemble it because of the directions means I will return it tomorrow.

Fast like a wooden match

Just bought one and wanted to try it out before the holiday.
I put 3 completely thawed and dried Cornish hens in it. After 2 hours I got hungry so I threw the still bloody hens in the trash and ate a hot dog

Frustrating Assembly

It would be much better if they ship this product already assembled. I found it time consuming, tedious, and frustrating to follow and execute the assembly instructions. Not having even tried the product, on that alone I give it a one star review and wouldn’t recommend purchasing this product.

Everything I cooked is raw in the middle

I am considering getting rid of this.
I have used it 3 times.
1st I made a turkey for Thanksgiving. It ended up overcooked (the temperature raised much quicker than I expected at the end)
2nd I tried a turkey again. The outside is good this time, but the middle is undercooked.
3rd I tried 3 cornish hen. The outside of the hen were ok but the back is almost raw.
I have used it 3 times.

Problems with igniter

I purchased a new CB air fryer/turkey fryer and the igniter doesnt work. It is an integrated gas adjuster/igniter knob so it can only ignite once befoe you have to turn the whole thing off. This serms to be a big flaw because previous air fryer versions had the igniter and propane be independently controlled by two knobs so you can ignite it multiple times if it fails to ignite the first time.
In my case, I followed the instructions to wait for gas to flow for 3 seconds before turning the knog all the way to ignitem i hear the gas and hear the igniter click go off, but it doesnt successfully ignite the flames. Then I have to turn the whole thing off and try again. I have tried a multilple times with no success. The only time it worked was when I let the gas run longer than recommended, but this also caused flames to shoot out the bottom of the air fryet!

Damaged during assemble at factory......

Not pleased receiving a damaged product, with the following issues-
4 of 8 screws on inside chamber striped out, had to replace with larger screws.
Top Powder coated ring damaged and screws improperly installed.
Powder coat damaged at screw holes bare metal showing will rust after use. No safe way to repair. Total unit is suspect due to poor QA during manufacturing. Going to attempt to contact customer service to resolve.
