Bad choice on my part

Just started using this grill and I must say I don't care for it already. The plates over the burners block the view of the burner tubes so you don't know if the burners are lit or not. The searing feature is more like the burning feature food always comes out burnt on low or high flame. Then once your food gets cooking the grease pools up in the little troughs that go over the burners and start dripping grease onto the burners and starts a grease fire. Cooking area is a bit small once you get off the searing area
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only one problem, the flame is way too high. I can't get below 400 degrees.

So far I am happy with it. Good size and good design. The only suggestion is to work on the electronic igniter module. It is hard to push. A touch button would be perfect if doable.

I’ve bought several grills before. First off this grill for the price was well packaged and easy to assemble. Only issue I’m having is I’m missing a few parts but hopefully no biggie they can ship me them.

Nice grill but missing some screws

Overall the Grill is very nice especially for the price that I paid. My only issue with it is that there were two screws missing from the hardware pack. It was two of the screws that secure the main body to the hood so it was rickety until I bought more screws to replace them.

Easy to put together, however, there was 1 screw on the control for the side burner that we could not get out to properly install the control know because it was stripped.
