Its a solid grill.

The building process was a bit hard, finding the right screw was a problem as the screws were labeled wrong for the grill I put together. I got it figured out though. I did have an issue with 1 bolt hole as it did not line up correctly. (See picture below) I had to use a step drill to widen the hole enough to make it fit. I got it all together. I have not used it yet.

I am sure that this grill will last for many years of quality grilling enjoyment. This is not my first Charbroil grill. The last one lasted 10 years. I expect that and even more from this one.

Orange flames coming from behind control for # 1 burner

So far, very poor. I cannot use the number 1 burner. Flames coming out from behind of # 1 burner control, yellow frames coming from burner # 1, metal already discolored, using burner # 1 seems dangerous.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing unsafe burner performance, including irregular flame behavior and visible discoloration around the control area. This issue maybe able to be fixed with a purging of the regulator, to do so follow the step below.
1-Turn off the propane tank valve and disconnect the regulator.
2-Open the appliance valve(s) to release any residual pressure in the system.
3-Close the appliance valve(s) and wait for 30 seconds.
4-Reconnect the regulator to the tank and slowly open the tank valve.
5-Let tank sit open for a minute before trying to light.
6- Test the grill or appliance for proper heating and any leaks.
If you are still having issues, please contact Charbroil CARE at 1-866-239-6777 for warranty assistance.

I purchased it after the different manufacturer that was no longer available & did not have replacement parts anymore. We wanted a name brand that we thought would be a better company brand. We chose Charbroil.

good quality for a good price

So far it looks good and is working great. The only problem I had is I purchased a 463348725 and it came with instructions sheet for a 463286225. I did find the correct one on line and printed it
