Compared to our old grill, Even Embers, this didn't grill quite as dark as we like, but like I said it was our maiden voyage with it so I'm sure it's a learning process.
Instructions for assembly were pretty straightforward and took about an hour.

Well made
Like the LP tank storage cabinet. Warming rack is easy to remove to allow greater ease to cook directly on the grill grates.. very happy with this purchase

Broken Handle Never Used

Very disappointed. We just put this grill together and the handle is already broken. These grills are no fun to assemble and one would hope that after all that work you would have a functioning grill. The part that connects the screw to the handle is not working, so you only have one side of the handle that’s connected and I’m sure that will break soon too. This is straight out of the box never used.

Assembly Issues

I haven't had a chance to use it yet. However, the assembly was a bit confusing and time consuming. The first things you need fir assembly ( large wheels) were buried in the bottom of the packing, so you need to totally unpack and spread everything out over a large area to find them. Very poor packaging decision. Plus several of the screw anchors were missing, so I had to find my own screws and nuts to assemble the grill. Again, very poor quality control. Hopefully the grill works better then the problems involved assembling it.
