[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this washer! It's so quiet that I have to check to see if it's working. The large tub easily handles my blankets (for me) and throws (for my cats). I'm wondering why I haven't purchased a Maytag before 2026.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the Maytag for a couple months. It works so much better than the whirlpool that we junked. This machine has very simple controls which is a good thing, less that can break. The Maytag spins perfectly every time. The Whirlpool tried to walk out of the laundry room on every spin cycle.

Confusing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer and dryer a wek ago. I find it very confusing. I find the setting very hard to understand. I tried finding answers to my questions in the paper work I received with it , but they are only quickstart instructions. When I went on line to find answers there was not much there, although what was there didn't addess the questions I had, they were for a hiogher end model that didn't even show the setting I have.
My biggest question I had was what setting to use when I add fabric softner. The only setting I could find was included with the deep fill cycle. I bought a moded with automatic fill levels. So why would I want to fill the large capacity machine full if I only have a half load I want to use softener? I don't understand why manufacturers think they don't have to include manuals explaining how to run the machine you bought. Instead they throw in a very generic quick start instructions. What ever hapened to customer service? Oh I forgot it might get into their profits.

Nice Maytag Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Maytag washer on 2/14/26. I love this washer. The only thing I don't care about it is when the cycle begins, the washer makes a loud 'clunk' sound. I listened to the entire cycle. I'm not sure why it makes that loud sound, but it seems to be quieting down the more I use it. Maybe it had to be broken in. It does have a 'quick wash' cycle which I use all the time.

Great working machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought almost 2 wks ago, I had a front loader, which I had, had for 17 years, great machine, but , it did take a long time to get through a wash cycle..so when it went out..we bought this for a replacement. I am very happy with this washer, does a great job, and so much faster,(lol) , my Dad never bought any other brand..than a Maytag, so I went with that idea, GREAT PURCHACE SO FAR..

Wonderful washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is excellent have used it for a week done several loads of laundry it is quiet and really gets the clothes clean a lot better than our old washer would definitely recommend this washer it’s simple to use we didn’t want a washer with all the bells and whistles just a simple washer that works and gets clothes clean this one does just that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer does a good job of washing. It has all the needed cycles and the settings are intuitive. The one thing I worry about is durability. I bought this washer after my Whirlpool went out completely in 4 years and 3 months. Whirlpool used to be a good name in appliances, so now I switched to Maytag, which seems to be the Cadillac of appliances. Then I found they're owned by the same Company. Fingers crossed.
