Once you find the right size earbud then it becomes comfortable and cancels noise properly, I like the fact that it’s lightweight and has absolutely no clamping pressure.

Working well but missing owners manual

I bought this two weeks ago and so far it is working well. However, the batteries died off within 2 weeks (the 2AA) batteries and it came without the owners manual. Is it possible to get my manual?

No volume control

The noise cancellation is poor and there is a volume control on them either. The only volume control is by using Bluetooth then you can turn the volume up or down
