Saves your hearing

I got this because I was worried about my hearing health. I got it and it has worked wonders my ears aren’t ringing after every flight. Everyone should do more to protect their hearing health and this headset does a great job.

Bought this headset not long ago, my first impressions so far have been amazing the noice cancelation and Bluetooth are definitely my favorite features. Compared to my headset in the past I sound a lot clearer according to passengers and am having a easier time hearing atc with the noise cancelation!

The product is excellent and continues the excellence of prior Bose products that I have owned. This is my first experience with a LEMO plug and on my first flight I was pleased with the suppression of the external noise within the cockpit. I have owned both the Bose A20 and the Bose X models. The newest A30 is clearly superior to the earlier models.

headset didn’t play panel audio out of one of the ears and i have to send it back and wait for it to get fixed

Hi Mike, very sorry to hear you experienced issues with audio not playing from one of the earcups. There are a number of reasons why this could occur and may sometimes not be related to the actual headset. You can find troubleshooting for this issue here: https://www.bose.co.uk/en_gb/support/articles/HC2672/productCodes/A30-HEADSETAVIA/article.html#:~:text=Clean%20the%20headset%20cable%20connectors,the%20headset%20and%20try%20again.
I understand you have already arranged to send the headset back for service, so I'd imagine the above has already been attempted, but if not, please take a look, just in case it helps resolve the problem.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very satisfied with my purchase. I've heard from other pilots they're the best on the market. This is tested to be true! Active Noise Cancelling is unreal! I hope they will hold up for years in the future while I work towards flying in the flight levels.
