Crap product. Auto off never works so I never get to use them, batteries always dead.

Bad pair I think.

I bought them on Black Friday. They had stayed connected via Bluetooth but the sound interrupts intermittently. Now the sound cuts off completely while my device is continuing to play whatever. I am sitting right next to my phone so it is cutting off because of distance. I did expect better from a highly rated brand.

It is odd that they would have intermittent audio. Please make sure that you are not connecting to the Bluetooth LE connect of the headphones as this stands for Low Energy which can not handle high bit rate audio. We have other steps to try available here: https://bose.life/4fEVTTW
