Better than most but not impressed

Disappointing decline from the original QCII

Bought this a month ago had for a few weeks. Was replacing my originals. Quality since original has plummeted. Disappointing. Will be continuing the use of my originals.

Great Features

I received these for Christmas on Black Friday. I love the sound. The answering the phone is great for me because i only use these at home. I can go from my basement to my bedroom on the second floor and still hear the music.

Good product, good deal through Bose

Received headphones a few days ago and I’m still learning the features. I would’ve given five star review if the headphones came with a user guide. But Bose chooses a QR code for me to put on my phone and figure out all the great features that my headphones have. Other products I have purchased,” Not Bose”, come with a user guide for the product.

Great audio, bad device selection

Great sound quality and fantastic battery life, but wind noise cancellation requires active noise cancellation on full, so I have to choose between loud wind noise and not hearing traffic while walking down the sidewalk.
Also, the device selection switch says the headset is switching between my phone and TV, but it continues to only play the TV audio when when it says it's switching to my phone

Thanks for leaving your feedback on the QuietComfort Headphones. This product can use multi-point connection feature to allow you to pair to two devices at once. To be able to switch, you need to pause audio on the first device to be able to play audio from the second device. It sounds like that because the TV is active, that will be why it hasn't switched to the phone. The settings shown in the article allows you to turn multipoint off if it doesn't suit your requirements.

Love the headphones. Comfortable. Great sound. Aware more works great. Wish the action button could be customized for more than Spotify... This seems very shortsighted Bose.
