Excellent sound once you figure out features

Love them, but it took a while to figure out usage via the app. I am in my 70's and "old school". So I would've preferred written instructions on how to use as well as a description of the features. Also, I wanted to register my product, but I saw that you need to gently pull the cup cushion to get the number, On my old pair of noise-cancelling Bose headphones, the cushion came out (thus my new purchase. So I don't want to risk ruining my new headphones.

Great with one main issue

Love the feel and the comfort! I am having some troubles, there will be static and then the sound will cutoff altogether. I then need to power them off and reconnect.

If you're experiencing static noises, followed by complete sound cutouts, then as well as restarting your headphones, try a product reset as per the following steps:
1. Connect the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port on the left earcup; 2. Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right. At the same time, connect the other end into a USB-A power source such as a computer or wall charger; 3. When the reset is complete, the status light glows according to the current charge level.
If this doesn't help, then I would recommend contacting our support team for further troubleshooting assistance:
Taught it a week ago and still testing the feature .The carring bag is crap just keeping it real

Good hardware, app needs improvement

I like the headphones themselves, but have two things that bother me. 1. You can't ever turn off ANC, only enable pass-through. 2. The app is terrible: you get logged out randomly and lose the ability to connect it to the headphones on flights (unless you set up the headphones from scratch again, why?)

Love the sound but it confuses which device is connected regularly, even when the other devices are asleep or off and miles away...
