Perfect for travel

I really love my new headphones. The noise canceling is amazing and I like that I can switch to the aware mode to be able to interact if I need to. I got these primarily for travel and they're great for this purpose. The travel case is compact and fairly lightweight . My only complaint is they're a little big on my head but that's a pretty minor concern.

This is my third pair of QuietComfort headphones. I didn't need a new pair, but they came in Lilac so I had to get them to match my luggage. These are actually better than the pair that I purchased two years ago. I was blown away at the clarity. All my audio equipment is Bose, so I am not unfamiliar with the sound quality, but these are so comfortable and amazing, that my next trip to Europe is going to be a quiet dream.

Great features, but has audio issues.

I bougth this back in 2022 and the sound in the right ear usually stops working at some point. I've had to get it replaced under warranty probably about 7 times. Right now it works great, except for the Bluetooth. When my headphones are connected to both my phone and my laptop, the "active audio" always comes from my laptop which I always have the sound muted. It won't automatically play the sound that comes from my phone, which is frustrating. so it isn't detecting that sound is coming from my phone. I have to turn off Bluetooth on my laptop or disconnect from the Bose app every time.
