Honestly I got this in exchange for my faulty QC45 and I was happy....for a while. Straight to the point, here is my review...
Comfortable, yes.
Sound, enjoyable.
App, useful but still could do more (that EQ is slacking, more uses for shortcut/action button).
Multi-connect is not perfect but you get the hang of it.
The buttons are great and off switch is as well (action/shortcut button is amazing).
Phone calls are decent.
Battery life and charging is spectacular.
Wired mode is actually pretty good.
This made 4 stars at least for me (ok 5 stars)

These took 2 stars away...
The QC45 update has made the headphones on par with each other. Wind Reduction was the highlight of this headphone but no longer.
Also if I were to buy them, after the QC45 update, I'd be furious spending extra money for pretty much the same product.

I hope Bose sends out an update soon to change what they've done (sell the same headphone at a higher price with a different name).
Bose, I would be happy to say this is 5 stars but your selling the same headphones and took away the main difference. I don't care that you added to the QC45, we care to know what will make these headphones worth it.
Anyone reading currently, I suggest the QC45 to save money or the Ultras for a different impact. If nothing changes I may exchange these for Ultras depending on the quality control.

Phenomenal product. These are the best headphones on the market. My last pair of Bose lasted 8 years and I only got a new pair because I lost my old ones.

I have had these headphones for 3 weeks, and I do love them. They are perfect for noise cancelling which is what I was looking for. I have had some static when watching things on my laptop, or listening to music on my phone but I am hoping to get that resolved!
