Bluetooth technology is lacking.

I didn't know how many stars to give because I'm not sure if I purchased a defective pair or whether the bluetooth technology used by Bose is not good. Incidentally, I bought a pair of Bose earbuds for my daughter in law a year ago and now her bluetooth connection is not working. I am hoping that when I get the replacement pair, the issue will be resolved and then I can give another assessment about the product.

I love these headphones.. The sound is awesome. Very easy to get accustomed too. So nice that you can go twenty five hours without having to charge them. Having them in green is cool

I literally use my bose quietcomfort headphones every single day. Like they are attached to my head at this point hahaha. They are so amazing at noise cancelling, and you don't even have to blast the music to do so which is so much better for your ear drums!

Bose always stands by their products. While I’ve done through a few pairs, they are amazing sound and noise cancellation quality… they stop working after a bit. But Bose has always done right to replace.
