Been using this for almost 3 years. Sound is great and it really is quiet. One side of the headphone starts going on and off, and when I contacted the customer service they resolved the issue right away. Better than I expected, I should say. So, I’m very very happy

This was a Christmas gift for my husband, he does lots of work with very noisy woodworking tools and he needs excellent hearing protection. This set of headphones is perfect for him! He loves them and says they are the best he has ever had.

I'm a bose fan. I'm excited to have the upgraded quiet comfort. I couldn't wait to listen and connect it my laptop. where i can use it in school and listening to music while studying. Thanks to Jane for patiently addressing my concerns, and gave a discount offer. It lead me to replace my speaker and headphone as well. It's actually my christmas gift to myself
