I called said No! I have One Question I called I wanted to get another matching Blue Dusk color Bose QuietComfort HeadPhone AUX/MIC Cable color Blue Dusk. I have grandkids Im college student .I always need extra one get disappear or broken. Please tell me how one get one sent please or two. Pricey but Worth it

I got my Bose quiet comfort headphones a couple weeks ago now and I love them. The price tag made me balk at first but I bought them anyway and am glad I did. Sound quality is awesome and it drowns out whatever is going on around you. What did you say honey? 😉

Broke from using wired headphones. Bluetooth is handy but a wait and see on battery life compared to the Bose HP's I was using which had no downtime when battery went dead, just insert a new AAA…..

Hello, it's great to hear you are trying our new QuietComfort Headphones. When powered by battery, they can last up to 24 hours, and can be quickly re-charged in 2.25 hours. If the headset's battery depletes, or if you simply prefer a cabled experience, you can also connect them up with a 3.5mm cable to continue listening. Thanks!

amazing comfort

I've had these headphones for about a week and a half and for the first 3 or 5 days the noise canceling was amazing but then it started to go away even if I had the noise cancelation up all the way but I still overrall like the product.

If you experience low noise cancellation or feel like it is not working as usual, I would suggest you to reset the headphones following these steps:
1. Connect the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port on the left earcup. 2. Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right. At the same time, connect the other end into a USB-A power source such as a computer or wall charger. When the reset is complete, the status light glows according to the current charge level.
