WHAT IS GREAT!
These headphones are SUPER light weight and the large print left and right labels inside each headphone is EVERYTHING. The fold desire makes it easy to safely place into the soft case. They are a comfortable fit even with some of my more exquisite hair styles. You don't have to turn the volume up to get clear sound quality for conversations. The on / off button is easy to find.
WHAT IS NOT DO GREAR
The color is not as I expected. It is absolutely light blue but for some reason I was looking for not such a matte finish. The sound quality is NOT what I expected from BODE. There is plenty of bass but the nuances I hear in my BEATS is not there. The voice to connect sounds creepy and extra robotic. The provided charger is might short but I make it work. The connection to Apple products is not the best, but with a few tries it works. I would not purchase this particular headset again.

The noise cancellation and sound profile are designed differently from other brands, which may explain the difference you noticed compared to your Beats headphones. Regarding the charging cable, if the provided cable length is not sufficient, you may use a third‑party USB‑C® (A to C) cable, which will be compatible.

These are the best pair of headphones I’ve ever owned! The sound quality is absolutely amazing and clear! They are also super comfortable and light. The noise canceling is superb! I love the Ice Blue color too! Listening to music in these is like stepping into the song - it just takes you to another dimension! Buy these, highly recommended!

Regrettably disappointed

Purchased refurbished headphones about a month ago and can’t say that I’m blown away by the sound quality. First issue is that sound seems flat- like I can’t get enough treble (to my liking),secondly I find that when I touch the outside of the headphones a static sound appears and effects the sound quality. Have a feeling it has something to do with noise cancellation feature but pretty disappointing considering price point. Regrettably I would have to say knowing what I know now I probably would NOT have purchased.

some good, some bad

I like everything EXCEPT the noise of things like steam, water running, etc in the background can be heard like horrible static in the headphones. People I"m talking to on the phone say the background traffic noise s so loud they can't talk to me, or water running is too loud for them to hear me even though it's all "normal". When I use a steamcleaner that's quite loud, I used to listen to podcasts with headphones on and now I can't bc these new ones are almost too good----the reception is too loud.
